Every time I listen to this great, it takes me back to a little white house in Newark, IL where I gave my life to Jesus He has been faithful these last 59 years. He really did change me that day. Life is tough at times and I'm so grateful for His presence. He is my joy and my anchor.

My husband was diagnosed with kidney and bladder cancer last Christmas and I was so into the listening of this song and remembering the works of God"s hands in the situation. In fact almost one year later , he has had many organs removed ,but is back to work full time and 95% cancer free. Praise the Lord!!!

Then a few months after that, I went out of town and I visited an church where one of my friends (who used to go to the same church as me) is the music director.. That day I was there, their choir did this song... I was signing along with them :) During the part where there was no one singing (Just music) one of the members spoke about the day he remember being saved :)
Sang this in church today. It almost made me cry. My eyes were tearing up. Our pastor was saying something about losing a loved one, or just going through tough times and I recently lost my friend to his battle with cancer. I still cry over it. I had only been about a month and a half but it is so hard. I know God will help me and give me the strength to get through this tough time. Glory to God in the highest!

Returning home late at night, after a long week on the road, across a remote desolate highway in northern New Mexico, another heavily laden tractor trailer rig was laboring up a slight grade in a blowing blizzard. Not seeing any distant glow of lights on the highway ahead, I flashed my lights, pulled into the oncoming lane, passing only by noting and counting the trucks big wheels turning on my right. All else was a white cloak of impenetrable blowing snow. As I passed the driver's side front wheel, counting off the distance and was turning back into the right lane, a green glow directly ahead caught my attention. Out of the eerily memorizing blizzard whiteout, appeared a very large green lighted image.... the front grill of an another approaching 18 wheeler..... A brightly lit CROSS. "I will Remember"

I was introduced to the chorus of this song on Nov. 13, 2012 while in Israel. The minister over the group I had traveled with taught it to us and we sang it a few times while on our tour. I know I'm stating the obvious when I say this, but that was a journey I will never forget.

May the members of our congregation be reminded of who the Lord Jesus is to us -- creator, life sustainer, comfort, joy, deliverer, giver of life without end, et al -- and when we go through trials (or darkest valleys) in 2016 we will know that He is forever good and forever faithful.
