@ReXillaX at first I did lol but I got smart and created a real estate website and I put QR codes on the postcards and I started to only send to tired landlords who own 4 or more properties and I had 2 $10,000 deals last month and I close on a $25,000 deal in two weeks.

We have so many 6 figure profit deals. I'm a closer so I can get them under contract way below market value with no problem all day....... everyday. We are having trouble with the buyers. Which website platform can I submit the deals.

Where do you live? Sounds like you're rural, which isn't usually ideal for wholesaling unless there's enough cash buyers working in the area. There should be a clear and obvious visual difference between an inhabited place and a vacant one, even out in the sticks; also might be an area where it makes a lot of sense to get info about water/power/mail service being cut off to find vacants
Then hook up on a.. uhmmm platform etc etc that you can do basic investment plans with weekly or monthly ROI then ,they should have plans within 1000 to 10,000 and ina couple of months you double, triple or whatever and start your own purchases on side with enough bucks . I’m telling cause I did same on the site I’m using a couple of months back .

My area is very small, so I am regulated to going distance on every deal. I am about to send out my first 10 texts and wanted to ask 2 quick questions: First, how do I inspect properties that far away to find out the real condition of the property? Do I use DealMachine? Second, will I ever have to meet the seller in person? I have found several buyers in that area...so, selling them I have covered. Thank you in advance for your reply. Rock and roll. Scott
Yeah, if you're seeing 500 (or 497 whatever) somewhere, it's probably not even them. They do have an advanced area that you can pay I think it's 97 a month for access to the group, but you can literally earn it by bringing one deal that you will split the profit from (plus it helps you get your first one done with someone who has definitely done it themselves)

What happens when you can’t sell the contract
In order for you to sell the contract it has to be a good deal… noones gonna buy a property that cost 100k valued at 140k but needs 50k in repairs
