Population growth is essential for economic growth. Africa as a continent by 2100 will be more integrated into the world economy as it represent a big portion of the world population and its economy will be $50 trillion.

With a ton of population africa will still poor, even in the future.. Africa has to start to deacreas your growth population from now..
When the average citizen has a gdp of 10k+ then the people will have less children because these counties are poor they have children so that they can benfit the family it’s like you think about it 7 African people = 1 European person income so that’s why they have more children so I’m like 2050/60 birth rates will be 1/2 children per woman just like Europe today
Actually the growth is fuelled by increased population growth I’d suggest you read this article www.politico.eu/article/europe-on-the-wane-global-economics-demographics-gdp/
@@menassies3224 that’s true which is why countries like Nigeria, Indonesia, India and Brazil are very very quickly catching up to the world top gdp countries and Japan and Europe are slowly climbing due to decrease population
@@thusianreaver yes, sadly my country doesn’t grow that fast, and it will start shrinking by 2050
Population growth is essential for economic growth. When a country's economy grow, there would be a population boom but when living standards begin to increase and there's options for entering the workplace, the population would decrease which is what you see in developed countries experiencing a population decline. Africa as a continent by 2100 will be more integrated into the world economy as it represent a big portion of the world population and its economy will be $50 trillion.
