It's absolutely fine to have a bachelor's and then get a vocational degree from a CC. It all depends on your career path. Additionally, some university students will take a CC course concurrently to satisfy some pre-requisites.
For example, if you want to become a teacher, you might go after a Bachelor's in English or even theater and ten get your Masters in a related field and your teaching credentials. Some even get a B.A in Drama and then get a J.D in law. Or you could stay in the same field from AA to PH.D if you're on the stem field.
But let's say you're a working adult looking fur a change in career. Let's say you already have a bachelor's in Literature and you're just not making enough money. Then you might want to go back to a community college to get vocational training.
Most careers don't require a PH.D. And if you do get such a high degree, some may think you are overqualified or too expensive to hire.
Masters and PhD's are mostly academic theoretical research.
And even in business, you don't need a PH.D. A masters in business may he good if you're going to operate your own business. And even if you want to become a C.P.A, only a,B.A and a license is required. However, I won't lie, there are some excellent paying jobs for students with an M.B.A. But an M.B.A may not necessarily be required. But then again, it definitely couldn't hurt as it might increase your salary or starting salary.
Maybe you were an accountant even with a masters and want a career change. You could still go to a CC to explore career options.
Again, it all boils down to what your career field is and what your goal is. There is no wring or right way to do things. Community College is for everyone, even if you have a masters! But then again, it depends on what you're goals are: career change or salary increase, or both.
For example, if you hold an English B.A, applying for a Masters on business may not be easy. At this point, it'd be better to either get an associates or see if you can fulfill dome prerequisites at a CC and then apply to the Masters program. As an English major, you will definitely have excellent communication skills, but you may lacks one foundational business classes such as marketing, accounting, management. If you need a whole bunch of prerequisites, it might even be smart to get an associates, ,especially if you need a ton of prerequisites. Going g from English to business is a while new different direction. That's why such a student would benefit from CC.
And if you already have a bachelor's, the schools general education requirement is waived or you can even reverse transfer to have your college English and math classes transferred from a university to a community college.

Hey as an international students you are not eligible for Fafsa (Financial aid) . Because it is federal program. But you can apply for scholarships and grants .

My elder brother he studied from a community college in usa called Los Angeles City College now he is studying in university of california los Angeles he told me that the acceptance rate of UCLA for international student was 14% but from community college the acceptance rate was 90%

Yes you will have to talk to your CC DSO and change your SEVIS school number, there is an option to do two majors as long as you are studying something there.

Depends upon the CC buy typically what i have seen is 18,000-20,000$ but you need a bank statement 1.2x to 1.5x the amount on your I-20
