Strings gauge?

Hey man I know it's a long shot but what gauge strings do you use in this video? I have the same guitar but can't get the strings right for this tuning.

Hi mate! I use six string guitar set, Elixir 12-68 nanoweb and I buy separately thinnest string (size 10) :D but I'm usually playing in Drop A, for this tuning it can be too thin
