I live in Round Rock, that Georgetown trail around the lake is 26 miles but I don't think some of it you can do with your bike because I had issues just walking some of it. I started in Tejas Park on the West side of Lake Georgetown though. Also you went the wrong way if you wanted to get to the Lake Trail. You went on the south side of the river, the north side of the river is the trail that goes to Lake Georgetown. It's the red line and grey dots going to the lake

@@simply_the_dev7588 yes sir….i tried that trail and turned back real quick. I do believe the bike trail from the park to the lake is 11.9 miles or something close to that. I know what trails you are referring to. Those are hiking trails for sure.

@@txdroneman My apologies, I commented before i finished the video lol. When you passed the entrance to the ramp that goes to the bridge going north I nearly threw my hat down lol. Looks like they added things since the last time I was on that trail. Austin just added new connections to some trails off Parmer. Also can't wait till they complete the hike and bike trail connecting austin and SA.

@@simply_the_dev7588I am wanting to get down to the austin area and find good trails to ride. It seems that there isn’t a lot of info online about these trails. I keep saying I’m going down there but the weather and life seems to always disrupt my plans.

@@txdroneman Bruh there are 2 good trails. Lady bird lake trail and Walnut Creek Trail which now connects to the trail off Parmer. Search for Walnut Creek Trail System.

Great video...what are you using for a camera?

I thought I replied to this earlier but I can’t see it. Anyhow….i do use the DJI Osmo Action 4 Camera. 100% satisfied with it….i can’t express that enough. Much better than the GoPro….which has constant issues with over heating and shutting off during recording. Also….if you watch my night ride….it does amazing an amazing job in low light video as well. Kinda surprised me on the night time stuff. They are very reasonable in price, but definitely advise on going ahead and order the extra batteries (3) total….and the 3 battery charging hub. Charges them all at once. I use 2 on a typical ride as seen on here….but I will change them before they go too low…just to be safe I don’t run them empty and lose footage. They do have the action 5 out now but not much difference between the 2 that I could see. So if the 4 is cheaper….still a great buy as you can tell from the videos.
