Personal freedom including freedom of speech is the most valuable human rights. Therefore, Patrick Henry once said "Give me freedom or give me death!" For this reason alone, not even one of the Taiwanese people would like for Taiwan to be ruled by the Chinese Communist government.
Xi Jinping and his top officials should first think of a crucial political issue before they start taking over Taiwan by force: It is "Do the Taiwanese people want to be ruled by the Chinese government?" If they all say:"No," the Chinese government should postpone their day of invasion of the island until all the people on Taiwan say "Yes, we would very much like for Beijing to come and govern us!" That day may come soon if the Chinese government starts democratizing China immediately by replacing it's current law with a new one exactly like Taiwan's so that they may successfully rule Taiwan the way Taiwan has been ruled under a democratic system, established during the last days of Taiwan's former President Chiang Ching-kuo.
