Oh no, puffy is dreams mom in dsmp. Its a headcannon(to most ppl) that puffy and schlatt are siblings which makes tubbo and dream cousins. There's also a headcannon/au of dadschlatt, which is tubbo his son. Of course tubbo been left of the side of the road , from what philza said he or they found him, and became part of the sbi family(sbi-philza,tommy,Wilbur, and technoblade). In lore wilbur is philza biological son while tommy is adopted(?). Now techno irl didn't want to be part of the family so c!techno is like this old friend of philza. I hope this kinda helps, I'm not the greatest at explaining.
