I deleted Instagram a week ago and I'm living very happily now, guys give it a try, you will explore more things and feel productive! I'm feeling so productive that I don't even feel like downloading it again and living that sort of life. of course it is totally up to you but what I feel is social media is a very toxic place and overuse can ruin your mental health
You’re right, I delete Insta every now and then for a few months and then install again since I have to continue my work on it. But, I agree, deleting saves me money and a lot of unnecessary chaos.

I was actually getting upset by the stories n posts people were posting about their homes, travelling their relationships i use to fight with my husband y can't you take me out or y ua not spending time with me blah blahh.. But then i realized actually its not his fault its my fault i'm getting influenced by bullshits .. Then i took this major step of deleting my IG tbh my relationship with my husband n family is much healthier now...

Yeah I know right, insta stories make us feel low, sad, and different than others even though we have a good life, and not all stories are true. Even I felt the same - I saw many people's stories about traveling and suddenly felt that my parents are not taking me out and finally we decided to go out on a trip - and see now what- I have got covid! my friends keep forcing me to join insta but - NO! it literally ruins my mental health. I appreciate your decision, lets's live OUR LIFE!

Very true..... Well said. I watch many UA-cam videos in which they showed their purchased items and appeal others to buy them. And another amazing thing is that people asked many questions regarding that in comment section. Then i think does it really productive for them or wastage of money.
I m not using Insta since 2018 even any social media except Telegram nd it seems nd feels good when uh save ur 4-6hrs of a day nd put that in a productive manner that gives uh a fruitful results ❤️
