Kooler Ice machines are flawed like every ice machine, they're connected to the grid. We had 9 days of grid down for over 96% of the county and every ice machine was down because the grid was down. That's like Walmart being closed for 9 Black Fridays in a row, the busiest shopping day of the year. We are 400 miles inland from where hurricane Helene made landfall. It was literally easier to buy gas than it was to buy ice for 9 days.
