十幾年前剛起好時都好似無乜人買，本地人多住house。 原來Velocity Tower入面裝修得咁靚❤
只睇地理位置就ok, 始終計S1（市中心）邊邊位，其實係雙面刃，即同時係缺點。坐落喺剛好在S1(市中心）、S2(華人區，雜）、S11(富人區soho酒吧街）的交匯點，車多嘈、人複雜，所以見到大迴旋處（S1)、Audi(S2)、Waitrose (S11)，如果市政府再發展到去嗰度，多啲新樓咁人雜情況可能會有改善⋯⋯
住得 city centre 就預咗雜，crime rate 高。英國有邊個越市市中心係例外？倫敦 Zone 1 都係一樣雜。
