One of the most comprehensive videos I've seen on drills. It covered so much ground in less than 10 minutes. Thanks, coach. Really efficient.

    Thanks for the video❤️
The game is always controlled by the unpredictable situations ❤️ Hence, the favourable twist of the brain and muscles of the player is most important as a difencive and offensive player ❤️
As far as the Defencive movements are concerned, while practising, support of a lengthy mirror would help the brain to asume the offensive player as only the reflection of the defencive player❤

This is how it should be on training, I’m an 8th grader and I only know the basics but our coach has two teams A and B with basically is A-the best and B-newsbies and for tryouts at the end he picked only girls who were already in basketball in 7th grade so unfair, and also the exercises are wayy to hard, if I had this coach, I’d be able to improve

This coach should lose his job forcing those kids to wear masks while doing physical activity. Disgusting!

I had to wear masks in my soccer games and practice lol.
I don't think the coach should be fired that's rude. The masks were for their safty

I am sure this is a great video unfortunately it breaks my heart to look at these kids wearing masks. it's so harmful.
