The Testgirl with 3HP/sec is going to be insane for Dmitri teams.☠️
Imagine one Dimitri can revive all of them, and then they have the Thiva for faster revives and Kapella for more health with a shield. Now add this to the new female character that can just give 80 HP to the whole team instantly with 3 HP per second after that.☠️
Your squad is there still healing from the prior battle and are weak, then the enemy team is at full health. Nah, I'd delete.
But one way I would make sure there's balance is have certain abilities not be usable when you have another one. Like you can't Orion's ability whilst you have Sonia and etc.

Only kiaros is confirmed, the other 2 are test characters, they won't get added anytime soon just like snowell and that character that uses 30hp and turns it into extra damage. It happens all the time, not every character gets in, when they released 2 they had 6 or more on the line but only 2 passed.
