My Sunday was the worst Sunday ever. It was the first Sunday of half term week and i had a load of Year 11 revision to do. But i was so ill, I left all my revision until today and yesterday because i was so sick. But i did manage to complete all of my homework and revision today and yesterday and on thursday i went to ikea so it wasn’t that bad. Also, when i was sick , your videos kept me motivated to get better and I litreally binged all your videos because i love them so much . So thank you so much for vlogging and keeping me inspired. 🖤
That hat made me laugh. You look like a British tourist in a sunny country 😂😂😂 And on a more serious note, I definitelty think being in nature helps with grieving. You get to understand we are part of something so much bigger, and that we all come and will go to the same place in the end. I think it's comforting. xxx

I have moments of crying suddenly, a piece of music or a sad thought can set me off. I have taken a leaf from your book and I understand now that I need self love too. I admire the way you are dealing with your grief 🙏xx
I’m with you Pam and I’m sending you so much love and care. I’m so sorry you and your husband are experiencing this, my mum would always tell me before we’re born our souls write up a blue print to decide what we will experience and learn on our journey - I try take some peace from that. Xxx

There are so many free green spaces in and around London you really don't have to spend money, but Kew is huge and historic. I enjoyed my day there with a friend a few years back. Would I go a second time? Probably not.

I lost my oldest son almost 4 yrs ago I still celebrate his birthday I go to the cemetery I sing happy birthday to my handsome boy ..... do what ever makes you happy listening to your heart will get you where you can find peace stay strong
What a lovely vlog - though Alen really made me jump! Your mum's birthday must have been a difficult day for you, but finding enjoyable things to do made the day have some meaning for you. My mother died some years ago, at Christmas, and I made sure to mark the first anniversary by going somewhere I knew she and I would have enjoyed visiting together.
