Firefly Pendant 30: Stewart-Seume - Inside the Shiv Door near the reception, collect Stewart-Seume's pendant and complete your Firefly Pendant collection.
Artifact 83: Marlene's Recorder 1 - In the open doorway to the left of the stairwell, find Marlene's first recorder.
Artifact 84: Marlene's Journal - Discover Marlene's Journal in the tent within the surgery wing, adding it to your list of collected artifacts.
Final Combat Encounter - Navigate the operating theatre and hallway with caution. Eliminate or avoid Fireflies as you move through the corridor, using stealth or aggression as needed.
Artifact 85: Marlene's Recorder 2 - After barricading the door, find Marlene's second recorder in a nearby room to complete the artifact collection.
Final Confrontation - Save Ellie, fend off the surgeon, and escape the hospital. Experience the powerful cutscene and prepare for the epilogue.
Epilogue Comic 14: Singularity - Conclude the game by finding the final comic book, Singularity, in the clearing near Jackson.
