Phase Alternating Line (PAL) is a colour encoding system for analogue television. It was one of three major analogue colour television standards, the others being NTSC and SECAM. The first public broadcast with PAL was in 1967.

Ouch, why did you render it to 60fps??? This video standard natively supports 50fps, interpolating it to 60 just makes it feel wrong.

Where did you find this? I'm Dave Hildingers grandson and I am working on archiving his performances and works.
It is composed of the recap and the actual performance. The source is the old ZDF DVD "Deutscher Schlager Wettbewerb 68-70 Endausscheidung" from 2006. I was annoyed that ZDF published it in such poor picture quality. I have heavily edited the video. First an uncompressed copy was made with separate fields 25 Hz. If a progressive version is made beforehand by other means, the result will not be as good.
This is only possible with the DVD release. Then a progressive 4K 50 Hz version was created with artificial intelligence by Topaz Labs Dallas USA, which was then edited again with artificial intelligence for more details. Then the composition was created with colour and contrast adjustments with another editing programme and the sound was copied in sync with it.

@@johnmain8657 Tatsächlich benötigt ein Hochleistungscomputer mehrere Stunden um 3 Minuten Bild zu berechnen. In heutigen Zeiten auch nicht zu verachten, der erhebliche Stromverbrauch der dabei verschlungen wird. Die BBC bedient sich gelegentlich bereits dieser Methode.
