Dimensions for the base is:

Make that in a + format bc the big heart will be in the middle of that cross and the small hearts will start on the last block for each side of the line going ->

9 glowstone
89 stairs
3 planks (idk abt this one)
54 trapdoors
8 signs
8 slabs
28 any block
10 stair any block
20 slab any block
fill the bottom
some blocks were deleted towards the middle of the video so i reduced the number accordingly, this SHOULD be enough.. if not, sorry i wasnt actually counting that closely.
