Good thing this is 100% fake cause if this were in fact real life i'm sure you'd be investigated. But since it's definitely not real the justice system doesn't have anything against you. @@stasstas9529 I mean I ride my DCT on real offroad, but that's exactly where the pain comes in. I think that true, for some riding the DCT will be very comfortable but actually the times when DCT shifts isn't all that great, sports mode is much better but even so you will end up using the + and - switches a lot especially when taking narrow turns because you don't want it to go from 3 to 2 or from 2 to 1 when u least expect it (trust me, its not smooth at low speeds and at worst can give you quite the stutter when ur mid lean). And speaking of: The AT in general has a very high point of balance and ull never force it down as much as a GS1250 for example. So like these are the scenarios to consider right? If you ride a lot in traffic jams you'd think its great but it's not that great because starting and stopping with DCT is not as smooth as just riding with clutch because DCT really only gets smooth shifting up or shifting down up until 3. Shifting down to 2 and 1 is not as smooth. The Africa twin is also very broad so its not great to lane filter in general. So not only is DCT not that great for start and stop traffic its also a broad bike and 1100cc for a city bike is just insane. For tight cornering the DCT poses the same problems (ofc shifting with +/- is still comfortable but so is a quick shifter) For offroad its an extremely heavy bike and learning to offroad with DCT is double as difficult For long highway driving its great but also u don't need DCT cuz ull just shift up and stay at 6 all the time..... The 2 things where DCT is comfortable is: Taking off from red lights (though if ur not someone who struggles with clutch control its marginal benefit) and emergencies breaking. Since u just hit the breaks with ABS as hard as u can and dont pull in a clutch you do get the extra CM of stopping distance that engine break will give you since ur always in gear but this benefit should not be a selling point for DCT because u should avoid getting into such situations reguarly. Anyway these are my personal experiences riding DCT Africa twin in all sorts of scenarios since roughly 3 years.
Maybe other bikes are better with DCT..i have all my other bikes in manual clutch but personally all I'm saying is that the DCT has left me unimpressed and I don't think the steep upsale is worth when a quickshifter will do just fine for the lazy folks. this is ofc no attack on anyone. I'm merely stating my own experience and opinion. :)
@@WVRLXCK really I just need to improve my countersteering and front brake control to be able to handle a bike this big offroad, as I can’t use my feet to bounce off of like on lower bikes or lighter bikes

you are more than tall enough, I've seen someone 5foot 2 sit on this bike and their feet touch the ground nicely, yes the bike weighs about 230kg but people say it handles better than you'd expect on low speed manuvers
