  • A bit of yoga a day keeps the chiropractor away!
In this weeks episode of How To Xv, Emilien Badoux, snowboarder and yoga guru takes me through a quick easy routine for when you come off the mountain. Adding yoga into my snowboarding has made a massive difference to me yoga means that I need to see the chiropractor or physio a lot less than I used to and I think it helps me to avoid injury in a crash it is also a great way to wind down and appreciate the great day you have just had in the mountains. I don’t have much patience, but I find even this 10 minute session makes a huge difference.
Let me know if you have any questions in the comments below.

Hey Xavier! I just wanted to let you know I've been doing this routine for the past 9 months and it has seriously changed my life. During that time I've noticed that I've become stronger, more flexible, and just a much more clear and happy outlook on life. Thank you so much for this routine with Emilien and hope to see you two legends on the mountain one day!

      No yoga, no. Devil energy.
Go to gym or some fitnes.

      Snowboarding is very good.

Great video, I love this yoga series. Just one maybe redundant question, but shouldn't cobra pose be done on the right leg as well? :)

Thanks for video, I love it. I noticed something and wanted to let everyone know so that you get the same exercise on both sides. After the pigeon pose, they do the cobra pose and then bend the free knee up and grab it with the opposite hand (5:44). They skipped this knee bending thing when they were doing the other side (9:28). Just a heads up. Thanks again for the video, I find it very useful.

Yoga in mountain areas is super popular, with locals and guests, if she has covid restrictions, she should definitely do online classes, as a way to upkeep the body mentally and physically before, during and after the snow season :)
