Hi from, NC. I only have the $1 downy coupon. Today was supposed to be the day. It was going to be my first remodel - EVER! There were others shoppers when I arrived, but not like I see in some videos. When I walked in, the Manager says, "nothing is a penny, DG stopped that". Last week the freezer items, excluding eggs, milk, and other grocery items were half off. There were still some items left, so I got 2 jugs of orange juice. As I walked around the store, I heard - who seemed to be the experienced remodel shoppers talking. One said she was in a different city and the staff said it was due to the Microsoft issue, but the remodel would happen next week. They thought the Manager was not being truthful. As one shopper left, she turned back and said, "I'll see you next Sunday". The Manager replied, "There won't be a next Sunday". I wasn't upset, just disappointed. Will I ever get to experience a remodel??? 😮☹️🙄 Thanks for sharing.

Just drove an hour to one of the remodel locations that did not reset this past Monday. It was the Monday none of them reset no locations reset. Today, Sunday my app showed the 50% off going to a penny. I just arrived at the store to a large remodel, banner and caution, tape blocking the store they are closed today for their remodel. Has anyone else experience this today?
The Microsoft outage happened and I heard on the news that they are having to correct it by hand so that makes sense that they had problems. I still got 11 penny items at a store today. Have patience everyone, it will get straightened out.🥰
My 3.30 disappeared after I attached it this morning!! 😢 I went to look at everything before going in like I always do and it was gone.. still have the bogo though.
It's possible, but the ones that already didn't pull & also thought they were supposed to penny will leave them. The Manager at this store was disappointed we didn't get her store cleared out. 🤣
A group was there overnight. In over 300 remodels, I have only had this happen 1 other time, but also, it wasn't nationwide when it happened a couple years ago. I would never go to a remodel without making sure it flipped. 🤣

Did the app show a penny and when you got there, they didn't scan a penny? Or did you go without checking the app to confirm the remodel?
