Everybody hates him for no reason. It makes me so upset that it’s only because he’s a free character. He honestly has one of my favorite stories; the fact he still wears that eye patch to guilt diluc, the fact he felt so guilty that he felt he needed to share where he was really from. But I do feel like at some point in time they WILL have to forgive one another, just like Kaveh and Alhaitham may have to, even though Alhaitham’s views won’t change.
You’re gonna love that : in the vine fest you can read kaeya dairy and he says himself that he truly lost his eyes in the fight. In diluc letter in the dawn vinery in the same event you could read how he say something like « no need to tease me about it only show how fine your eye is » He tease diluc about it to reassure him that it’s not lost but in reality it’s gone
I keep coming back to this video every month or so. It's such a great character study of Kae. Genuinely one of the best videos in the entire community.
