Thank you so much for this video! I graduated this past December and passed the NCLEX-RN in January. Decided to start in the OR first but I wasn't happy with the specialty and the staff. So I decided to apply for another hospital and apply for their SICU, TOMORROW is my interview! I'm super nervous! I always had a passion for critical care/trauma so I'm very excited for this opportunity! I completed 145 of preceptorship in the MICU so hopefully that will help me! 🙏🏼

As a foreigner nurse, I have many questions and fears due to my outside the U.S experience. Do you have some tips and/or people to advice me to follow on that subject?
