I found these exact slippers on Pinterest and I’ve been trying to figure them out for MONTHS! You’ve perfectly detailed exactly how to make them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! ❤️😃
These are soooo cute! Wish I would have found this video a year ago so I could have made them for my grandson! Guess I will just have to make a bunch and take them to the hospitals. Still will be really fun to make. Thanks
Great job! I believe this video is meant for experienced loomers, I understood it without issue. But don’t worry beginners just practice your ewrap, purl and binding off. You can find plenty of videos that will teach you each one separately. Good luck and happy looming!
Thanks for putting the links to the time marks on the video. This is very helpful! Thanks for taking the time to make the videos. You're doing a great job!
Hi, I also got lost when you made your sandwich. You never replied to those comments and though I keep rewinding I find the whole thing far too quick and very frustrating. This isn't exactly a beginner pattern either, seems much more intermediate. Ive had my looms for a couple of months now and have made several items including utilizing a different pattern for booties. This is a lot more complicated. In the beginning of the video you go nice and slow but towards the end it becomes difficult to keep up. I will continue to try and finish these booties off but I'd appreciate any help please. I really love these booties and would love to make them for my soon to be here son. Thank you.
I also find this too difficult to follow. It goes fast that I can’t watch and try to do it at the same time. Any other true beginners have this problem?
I'm confused. After purling the 11th row, my yarn was on the left side but yours ended on the right. So I couldn't seem to understand which is the first peg for casting off.
Love the booties. As I was working while watching your video I noticed that on the 11th row of purl stitch my working yarn ends on the left side but you start the casting off and your working yarn is on the right side. Did I miss something or was there a row missing in the list that you showed? I was still able to cast off but I started from the 20th peg since that is where my working yarn ended after that 11th purl row. After the casting off I also noticed that the purl rows turn into even numbered rows where from the start they were odd numbered rows. Am I missing something?
Firstly let me say I found your tutorial very easy to follow. I loom knitted the booties, and they came out perfect. The only pointer I have is it’s not garter stitch as you say but you are knitting’s one row knit and one row purl which is I fact stocking stitch. But thank you the6 are very cute booties
I am so confused. If you did a total of 11 rows how in the world do you end up at the 1st peg when casting off. I mean this makes no sense because 11 is an odd number and that means you should have been on the other end. Unless you did either 12, or 10 rows. Does that not make sense to you please answer
In the video you said these can be made bigger by using a 32 peg loom , would I just follow the same exact pattern as in the video but just adding more rows ? What size would these booties fit if I did go with a 32 peg loom I'm looking to make them for 6-12months , how many rows do you suggest I add ? Thank you for your videos , love them all !
I think I missed a row somewhere... my row 11 ended up on the left side of my loom & I noticed you started the cast off on the right side of the starting peg. Should I E Wrap back down then start the cast off?
I'm a bigger and I have a question because I'm confused. On the last stitch you used a purl stitch with your working thread at the end of row 20, but you tied off on row 1. Did I miss something?
Wow. I am so lost. What happened with the 11th row. You kept apologizing and saying you can't talk because you were talking to fast. T is an adorable bootie.
I understand your video. I don't think your hands are in the way.. It look very easy. Thanks for sharing. I do have a question. Do I have to use a 24 pegs loom? I have a 32 pegs loom.
it would be great if you could slow down a bit especially in the final stages. At one point in the final sewing of the last two holes, you do not really point out from what angle these should be sewn and from the angle of your camera, it is extremely difficult to follow. I would love to complete my booties but just cannot seem to follow the method you are using to complete. :(
I got confused at row 11. Row 11 is a purl row, which would end at peg 20, but you continue the video at peg 1. You give no instructions for row 12, although your video obviously picks up at peg 1 after row 12 is completed.
got lost because you were going so fast like you where in a rush to get done...I did watch all the way through first but still had to rewind and watch multiple times...I gave up and didn't make these. If you can make a slower version that would be great.
What a crappy tutorial. You spent all that time going over every detail in the beginning, but then you get to wrapping up the project and rush through it with crappy camera angle so that no matter how many times your viewers watch they can't figure it out. Then you don't even bother to clarify this part in the comment section even though you were asked to several times. I assume this is why you are no longer making videos.
Terrible video. too fast, your commentary is missing important ques, you keep saying to rewind... but your hands are in the way. you seem nice but this video is a poor tutorial.

I love how u listed the times u started different steps! Almost like a little table of contents! Fantastic!
A left handed loom artist?! Where have you been all my life? Subscribing immediately.

I love this AND my little booties are precious! Thank you so VERY much for this tutorial. Excellent....thank you!!!!
So excited that you're putting out videos again! I've missed them and your awesome patterns. Hope everything is going great!!!!
Caring Caps you are a great teacher.

I found the toe part confusing. My first boot was a waste. But I got it on my second watch. Tuteate does the same pattern but with more instruction.
So cute! 💕Love that you have a scripture edifying the Savior in your notes.
I'm confused. After purling the 11th row, my yarn was on the left side but yours ended on the right. So I couldn't seem to understand which is the first peg for casting off.
I have the same problem!
@@natalieebeling5892 Me too!
Me 3! Did anyone figure it out?
Perfect :) can't thank you enough for making this. Got a little guy on the way (very soon) and I'd rather make his lil slips.

@Timothy Ari Yup, I have been watching on KaldroStream for years myself :D

LOVE these. Can't wait to make a pair (or 12)! 😉

I found myself in the same place. Completed row 11, with no instructions for row 12.
I think row 12 is cast off part first half, go to opposite side and cast it second half, then knit in the flat middle to create the oblong flap.
how did you get your working yarn back to the other side after row 11 to cast off?
I'm wondering the same
Amanda Tapscott
after you have cast off the first side you must knit or "E Wrap" the rest of the way across then cast of the other side
Can I use a 12 peg instead of a 24 peg? Also what is the song called that starts at 10:15?
In the video you said these can be made bigger by using a 32 peg loom , would I just follow the same exact pattern as in the video but just adding more rows ? Did u ever figure it out? I also want to make it for a 12 month old lol
I would say same thing but with a bigger peg
If I do a quick garter stitch instead of knitting and purling does that affect the number of rows?
I think I missed a row somewhere... my row 11 ended up on the left side of my loom & I noticed you started the cast off on the right side of the starting peg. Should I E Wrap back down then start the cast off?
This happened to me as well. Confused
Whalen you first start casting off are there eight pegs in total that you leave empty or are the four that were never used included in the eight?
I'm a bigger and I have a question because I'm confused. On the last stitch you used a purl stitch with your working thread at the end of row 20, but you tied off on row 1.
Did I miss something?
If I use all of the pegs on a 24 peg loom, do I need to modify the instructions?? If so, where do I need to modify the instructions at?
Making these for my best friends baby cousin, I might make them for her cat too😂😂
Would it be ok to go the other way of making the baby booties
How big of a loom do I need for 3-6 months
would this still work if I used a thicker yarn? like thick n quick?
hello Please what size these baby booties? and i want ask you how to make 6-12 month
What type of camera do you use?
Is there a printable patern
Awesome Job!
How can I make these booties larger for a toddler? How many pegs would I use? Thank you
I'm using two strands of yarn and mine is got really big holes in it why
Is the toe part suppose to be as wide as the sides
what weight of yarn are you using? I know you are doubling it.
+Coral Nichols I am using weight 4 -- it's an acrylic yarn. The yarn is Purl Sensations, and you can find it at JoAnn's
How'd you make the little box
Wow. I am so lost. What happened with the 11th row. You kept apologizing and saying you can't talk because you were talking to fast. T is an adorable bootie.
Where do you find the written? pattern
I got a little lost as soon as you folded those two sides how did you get them to stay when you started to put the yarn through the needle
+Willow Tree that is where I got lost
Me too
What gauge loom is this please?

Love this tutorial
How many pegs would you say for a 10 month old? Or a year old?
Is this just for newborns, or is it for like 3-6 months?
I don't know how to sew them together. Couldn't really see
how do i increase this patteren
Where you using two strands

+Eisa Curran Yes! I am in the process of making 2 blanket tutorials at the moment!
+Caring Caps Inc. yay thank you!!!!!

I understand your video. I don't think your hands are in the way.. It look very easy. Thanks for sharing. I do have a question. Do I have to use a 24 pegs loom? I have a 32 pegs loom.
I'm not sure how you doubled the yarn?
You hold two strand at the same time

I think it’s gonna be hard to find a 24 pound loom

I was just about to ask, how long will the newborn be able to wear these bc those look really small
Come back please..
would help if you kept your figure out of the way can't see through your hands.
Thank you..
would be great if u did a slower version of this
chell n ellie Austin you can slow it down yourself.
I got confused at row 11. Row 11 is a purl row, which would end at peg 20, but you continue the video at peg 1. You give no instructions for row 12, although your video obviously picks up at peg 1 after row 12 is completed.
thanks
i MADE THE SAME PATTERN ON REGULAR NEEDLES AND THEY WERE A LOT EASIER.
i FOUND THE VIDEO TO FAST .
I think if people would be watching me do one of the steps would be laughing at me cause I'm struggling so hard
got lost because you were going so fast like you where in a rush to get done...I did watch all the way through first but still had to rewind and watch multiple times...I gave up and didn't make these. If you can make a slower version that would be great.
Try putting the playback speed to .25 or .50, works a treat easy to follow then🤗
Pattern is okay till the casting off, pattern is all wrong after that !
TO FAST,EVEN BY GOING BACK.ON VIDEO
The 3 dots at the top of the page in right corner click it and go to audio settings and you can speed or slow down the video
Playback settings

Retract those claws. Meow!!
You are doing too fast !!!! Sorry I don't want to see any more .
you can always slow the video down! :)
Terrible video. too fast, your commentary is missing important ques, you keep saying to rewind... but your hands are in the way.
you seem nice but this video is a poor tutorial.
Wtf...
No reason to go so fast and also block most of what your doing with your hands and that hook in your hand. makes me not want to see any of your videos
TOO FAST
