    What can be done if the staff person whose phone we want to reset password and pin is no longer employed with us?

    Any ideas what to do if you submit the correct email for resetting the password and you never receive a response?

      You may have to contact Mitel support directly 1-888-322-3822 and have them reset it. Sometimes during the installation process, there is a variation of your email put in the system. It's definitely not common but does happen. If you can ask your admin to check the backend you may see the variation under the email section. Your username and email can be different and that may catch you off guard.
