6 months ago, I was 200 lbs, sitting on my couch eating chicken wings and hadn’t worked out in years. I started listening to this music and was so inspired by His Message. I worked out to this everyday. Every time I was tired I thought of Jesus and how tired He must have been carrying the cross. I am now 130 lbs and Praise Him everyday for this miracle. Blessings!!!!

I am listening to this great songs while I am working out its amazing I am in a wheelchair and I am not walking please Lord father help me to walk🙌
You have inspired me to begin working out. I was heading toward a wheelchair myself (and did use one on occasion) due to my weight and back problems causing neuropathy in my feet. I got gastric bypass and have been stuck at my current weight for a while now. My doctor says I need to begin exercising. I see now that I can dance sitting down if my feet fail me. Christian music inspires me and I love to dance and worship. But, I do not like to get up in the morning. I just pray that I can remain motivated. With all of the other things I have to do, I never get around to exercising. Praying I can be more like you.

The best motivator and will power enforcer is the Holy Spirit( your inner man). Talk to him and ask him for help and strength and remember in your weakness Jesus is your strength. So, don’t hesitate to ask and talk to him anytime or for anything. I don’t like exercising or running but ever since I hand that to the Holy Spirit, he never fail. I pray he do the same for you all. BIG SHOUT to the music compiled. Christian aren’t boring neither is God.
