Nikhil Sai It’s all relative though. The women’s team is better in comparison to the women’s league than the men’s team is compared to the other teams in the men’s league but the men’s team would demolish the women’s one.
Would it not be absolutely unfair to compare a Women's team with a men's team? Is it not like putting up a feather-weight with a Heavy-weight? Something like GSP and Jon Jones being compared? Too difficult to draw a real comparision, since we know they will never face each other, but expect, automatically, that Jon Jones would thrash GSP because he has a huge frame and a way better reach advantage.
I think what you need to reconsider is your automatic assumption that the Women's team is better in the Women's league than the Men's team is in their league. Have a look at the Men's squad and tell me there is not enough power to be atleast realizing a top 4 finish? On basis of individual performances- in their respective categories- the Men's team- albeit the most famous under the United banner- is not the one outperforming, or at the very least, performing to its capabilities.
More interesting to watch than the MU mens team.

A British Women's Club Cup. Keep our 3 national leagues but have a cross border British Women;'s club cup, on top of domestic and European football. That would improve women's football in Scotland and Wales.
