She uses personal language, “don’t leave me” and “I love you”, and after so long of doing what’s best for everyone around her, she can’t lose this one source of light and love in her life. I don’t know, I’m a sucker for that shit.

Can't believe how they treated this topic in season 5, such a shame. They made it seem like a teenager problem and within two episodes Chloe forgets everything thanks to Amenadiel's theory to which Lucifer believes with no reason, and all of this only to speed things up between Lucifer and Chloe. It's like they never focus on Chloe's character alone, it's always Lucifer or deckerstar and honestly that sucks. This show gets worse every season.
season four focused on Chloe’s internal conflict with her love her him and her disapproval on how she can even feel that way about the devil. I hope the get their happy ending.
