In 1918, on the 11th hour of the 11th day in the 11th month, the world rejoiced. After four years of conflict, a cease-fire agreement brought World War I to a close. This Veterans Day we commemorate, honor, and pay lasting tribute to our U.S. and Philippine service members and veterans as a symbol of our two nations’ ongoing partnership to preserve freedom.

This was a very respectful honoring to Pilipino service members serving within U.S. forces as part of combat. Maraming salamat po.
As part of U.S. Veterans day celebration celebrated in Pilipinas in 2022 I would only wish some mention also to regret to unnecessary and unfortunate past combat conduct in Pilipinas following the Spanish-American war in a past-era. We should all try harder to look forward and work to achieve a more healthy and sustainable future together as common World citizenry 🗯 peace and respects to Pilipinas. Mabuhay Pilipinas

Good day, may ask something. My late grandfather was a filipino veteran who serve world war 2, he stayed in the u.s for couple of years, but he returned here in the Philippines he died on 2005, is there any claim for his son or daughter?hoping for your response.thank you.🙏🙏🙏
