a complete cinematic masterpiece. excellent use of dramatic eye contact. i'm going to have to rate it an 8/10. the loss of two points is because, sadly, it makes no fucking sense. however, this is a short film for the ages. the fact that it didn't win an oscar, or at least a golden globe in 2012 is a reflection of the decline of taste in the academy and hollywood as a whole. absolute banger, would recommend to a friend.
Remember, all we see is the young lady walking to the interview with hope in her step - a possibility of a job and a new life. We enter at the last interview of the day, carried out by "supposedly" by somebody in HR. (Keep in mind that in Europe it's very difficult to fire somebody, so many companies make the hiring process as stringent as possible.) He asks very direct questions: "Do you smoke? Are you looking to advance considering your age? Your last jobs haven't been stable, why weren't you given a long term contract? etc. Did you complete your mandatory military service? (Which is a joke here because it isn't mandatory) Are you planning on having a family? Is your husband employed? What hobbies do you have? etc." The HR rep is looking for lies, then goes on to defend himself saying that his job is difficult too...that the process of hiring somebody isn't fun, not everybody can do it. Then, as he asks to see her newspaper, he catches her in a small lie...about whether she's looking for employment in other places. At the end, she feels that the interview didn't go well. This isn't the end, however. The gentleman giving the interview was also being interviewed. He was being observed, in another room, by the company's administration. The economy in Spain at this time was particularly difficult...but isn't it everywhere? This is a "dog eat dog" world as people with few resources struggle to survive - where humans ARE the resources. The video effectively shows this cruelty.

It is not clear if the woman in the interview was a real interviewee or not, but what is clear is that the real interview was focusing on him (how he would perform in a real case). The guy was though with the woman during the interview. He knows he didn't do well during the interview.
asi va el Pais, metiendo a enchufaos como jefes k no valen para nada y mas de 60000000 millones de personas luchando y partiendose el corazon por buscar un trabajo y mejorar su formacion ( yo incluido)..., algun dia saldremos ganando en buscar un trabajo y estos sin verguenzas esten en la calle y podamos reirnos de ellos, por no saber valorar la calidad humana que es lo que vale
Solo un comentario; la pregunta sobre si va a tener hijos no se pueden hacer. Es ilegal hacerlo. Por lo demás el vídeo es muy bueno. Un gran ejemplo de una entrevista terrible. El final, eso sí, es cojonudo.
Es una pena que no tenga mayor calidad de visionado. Me gustaría encontrar la original y ver si está subtitulada, ya que para muchos usuarios resulta imposible acceder a este contenido (es complejo leer los labios en este cortometraje).

Madre mía... Al siguiente tópico victimista laboral me explotaba el mitopopulistómetro... Aunque aún no han aclarado si a quien no contratan es a los jóvenes o a la gente de mediana edad...
los dos estaban peleando por ese puesto, pero la forma de entrevista de el era entrevistandola a ella a ver que tal lo hacia y el para cagarla a ella se lo hizo super dificil y le decia que RRHH era un trabajo feo y eso y ellos querian ver como el reaccionaba si hacia exactamente lo que el hizo y lo pusieron a prueba para ver si le daba el visto bueno a su competencia que obviamente no lo hizo
este ejemplo de entrevista, es la forma equivocada de realizarla, no se puede ser invasivo y mucho menos buscar que condicionar al postulante, el evaluador no tiene la menor idea de lo que realmente es el rol del reclutador, y mucho menos de la gestión de RRHH
Este video expone la manera en la que NO debemos hacer las entrevistas, nunca debemos ser acosadores con las preguntas, siempre dar un ambiente agradable.
