    The guest was not concrete enough when Amy was asking what things looked like. She still generalized. I would have appreciated a concrete example.

    Each year I'm charged with the task of maintaining and growing our organizations annual donors. I found Kimberly's advice extremely relevant and eye opening, I've gotten stuck creating communications that are irrelevant to a good number of our donors. What a clever thought to "take them on the journey with us." Cheers to my plan of creating a highly personalized journey for our donors...
