I chuckled a bit when it was mentioned that Rank 7 monsters aren't used that much in the TCG, given that after Rank 4, it's the Rank of Xyz monster I have played the most in Master Duel. Granted, that has to do with the fact that I primarily play Pendulums in Master Duel, and some Pendulum archetypes like Odd-Eyes and Endymion just give very easy access to Rank 7 monsters, so provided you can set your scales without disruption, it's relatively easy to swarm the field with them. Indeed, I actually have used most of the monsters highlighted on this list at one point or the other.
Orea actually has a home in Ogdoadics, believe it or not; the status of being a Rank 7 Dark Planta means it can be cheated out of the Extra Deck with the Rank 4 Rikka Queen Strenna. Plus, should it be sent to the GY while having a Raidraptor monster as material, you can special summon any other Raidraptor monster from your Extra Deck, like Ultimate Falcon, then attach Arsenal Falcon from the GY to the special summoned card as material.
the fact that red-eyes flare metal dragon isn't on this list is both disappointing and very disheartening. And yet for some goddamn reason rhinosebus and dark armed 'are'.
Surprised that Red-eyes flare metal dragon did not make the list
How is Tomahawk not in this list?
Top 10 cards that help you with Zeus (adding XYZ materials, attacking, XYZ summon, etc).

Kashtira AriseHeart is a really good card, kinda busted but what can you expect from Konami. They gotta print new OP archetypes to keep the big income.
I'm surprised that Red Eyes Flare didnt make the list

Staple in my Harpie deck. Easy to get out with Channeler
Ebon high Magician
I will actually explode if I see a Kashtira deck tech an absolute dragon.
Lets be honest, this Top rank 7 bois was because of Kashtira Deck :o
thunder gaia is also good for ranking on top of monsters like atum that can't attack after using their effect
i thought you'd mention dracossack's inherent ability to be a workaround against skill drain since it was such a common trap back then and dracossack could tribute itself to destroy it without being negated
Surprised Ebon Illusion wasn't here. Dark magician decks can spam rank 7s pretty easily.
