Sometimes there are stowaways in the wheel wells, the black dust is merely dis-integrated clothes and body parts.

As the person above commented, there is a brake that stops the tires from rotating before they fully retract. Now i suspect that the black smoke could be carbon dust from the rejected takeoffs performed on the aircraft

It is break stopping tire rotating before it enters the gear bay

Great video, love it and btw, body parts? You are awesome!! Have to love a film-maker with a fantastic yet twisted (Quentin Tarantino) sense of humor!!! Big thumbs up!

It's got to take a bit of courage to pilot an aircraft on its very first flight no matter how many sophisticated diagnostics have been performed on all systems. Clearly smoke comes from a NEW set of brakes on spin arresting before stowing in wheel wells. Also, does anybody know if this plane is equipped with GE90-110 or GE90-115 engines? There seems to be confusing information concerning the GE90 version(s) available for both the 777F and the 777-200LR.
