Deep thoughts on recruiting.... Reminds me of the book MINDSET by Carol Dweck. Coaches, teachers and parents need to praise the effort of kids... NOT their 'talent'. So many, four and five star recruits have always been bigger faster stronger than everyone.... They've never met anyone as good or better than they are.... So when they confront actual competition for the first time and their talent doesn't carry them through... They understand his confidence and think They are not good enough. But if effort and hard work are praised... They will come to see that as the key to their ability to succeed. Sorry but that's as good as you get for a book summary on a UA-cam comment on Husker football. 😂😂😂
