I love how Coachman makes sure us sleep apnea sufferers have a place for our CPAP.
uds lt uf rv syargd geater
I love that it has no slides, awesome outside storage, and a walk around bed. I don't like the TV location, no stabilizer Jack's, and plastic toilet.
I almost didn't watch because there are no slide-outs, but I enjoyed the review. Likes: Pass thru storage outside, sound bar on outside tv, 3-person couch, price, step up to bumper, and love the flip-up bed with the storage and seating underneath, Dislikes: lack of storage outside, no door to bedroom, sink behind dinette seating, shower, toilet, and no auto-levelling (my wife said, 'for that reason, she's out - haha).
Love love love the interior colors, love the exterior storage and we have an oven, yay. I really can’t think of what I don’t like. This could be my all time fav ., for single old lady . Still asking General to throw in a class for newbies , when they buy the RV. Shows us some tricks about leveling, difference with city water and potable, etc.
Love: The outside storage in the back, the drawers under the bed, the floorplan with the white and grey.
Non-Lpve: TV placement, pedestal toilet, outside TV (because I am allergic to bug bites).
That’s awesome, no slides and a walk around bed!
This Class C is Great for Touring Independent Musicians....
Lots of Outside Storage.. and Sleeps 4 + People....
The Bedroom Bed lifting up makes for a Awesome Dressing Room....
I’m thinking that this unit would great room for his amps. We will be buying next fall after our daughter leaves for college
Make the couch a sleeper sofa or theatre seats with a pedestal table. If you keep the dinette put a televator tv on that side. The coach is small you have a bunk, if you ditch the dinette for a pedestal table for the couch you would have so much more room for storage. That storage on the back is kinda weird. It is great for hanging things but the storage to store stuff is limited. Really like the fact there is NO SLIDE OUTS. Easy if you have to go to Walmart etc.. for the night. Less problems to deal with.
Dislikes
1 - no bedroom door. I would like to see a pocket door for the bedroom
2 - tv placement. I would like to see the tv mounted above the dinette.
3 - i would like to see adaptive cruise control & lane keep assist
My loves
1 - roomy with no slides to break or get stuck
2 - the bedroom changing area under the bed
3 - the rear storage area, i love it
Hey Guys,
There was quite a bit in such a small package for this home. I do agree that they needed some kind of door or privacy screen for the bedroom, but I love that this had an Oven, Stove Top, and Microwave... and as far as the storage issue, if you don't have a need for the over cab sleeping area, that could easily be used for additional storage.
exactly my thought for the over the cab area. I can pack a lot of food up there!!
I think for what they offer, this is a well put together vehicle. I like that I could fit a folding bicycle in the rear closet. That's what most people will use it for including fishing equipment. The lack of a slide doesn't concern me a bit. It reduces the dry weight so much that you can squeeze an extra mile per gallon out of it. Assuming a 50-gallon fuel tank, this could stretch the RV's range an extra 35-55 miles. When many are taking trips across multiple states, it's hard to ignore the fuel savings.
That bedroom riser rocks!
Why no jacks? I love the layout and the way the bed flips up. Love no slide outs and the white and gray decor. The storage outside Is great. Yet the dislikes are such dislikes that they can Def be a deal breaker. I hope coachman reads these. The LACK OF KITCHEN STORGE. That is a biggie. LACK OF PRIVACY DOOR for the bath. We will be buying ours next year and those two things are big. Is there storage under the dinette or sofa? Storage is a must for a trash can, pans, food, dishes, and then drawers. Must have at least 3 drawers.
I love the simplicity of this motor home. I completely agree with all of your likes and dislikes Matt and Andrea. I would add not enough counter space in the kitchen. They could have added a flip up counter top. I really do like this unit!!
Love the colours. The layout. The price. The bedroom could have a Murphy bed and a fold down desk to set up as an office or something to make multipurpose of the room. There are so many possibilities. Needs window above cab in front. Pocket doors. This is a stunner though.
I love these two hosts. This RV is practically perfect in my eyes. Love the separate bath and commode areas,. Love the sofa. Love the lift-up rear bed. I'm not as big on privacy as others may be. A pocket door would be OK, as would a curtain, but again, I'm ok without it. As for exterior graphics, I like these...I'm a minimalist, don't make me dizzy with outrageous designs. I didn't catch if the a/c was ducted or not. All in all, this is a 9.25 out of 10. Most RV's are lucky to get to 8. I do love there are no slides (really). I think they should consider rear levelers, and a router extender. Andrea and Matt are enjoyable.
I wish the TV had been over the dinette and the cabinets over the dinette moved above the couch. Also, with all that storage in the outside back area...everything inside could have been moved back a couple of inches to allow for a pocket door between the bedroom/bathroom area.
Every time I see one like this I wonder why they just don't do a flip down television from the roof if they can't accommodate it on the side
No jacks, plastic toilet, pantry. Love bedroom/ storage! And the rest of the coach! Thanks Coachmen for improving and listening to customers ideas
Love the storage and no slides. We rented a 2020 unit from Cruise America last week for our first Rv trip , it was awesome ! One other thing on this 2021 you and Ondrea reviewed today that we disliked was the lack of counter space and the the sink lip is ABOVE the counter surface. So you can't even put covers over the sink to increase counter space. They could added a flip up at the side of the sink to help with that, but I understand the whole price point thing. I also agree that stabilizers and levelers are a big deal. Our rental unit didn't have them either .....it made a difference. The storage under the bed is also a nice upgrade. Good review and keep up your great work !
I really like this floorplan. The only thing I would like is to not have the bunk over the cab. I don't like it sticking out beyond the windshield and being seen from the inside. I'd rather have the tv in the middle and storage cabinets on either side placed there. I'd change the blinds out, but that's just cosmetic taste. This floorplan is really nice.
Well, this is a traditional Class C motorhome. That was the original intention. Families with one small child could afford an RV without having to get the massive Class As, which easily soar past $100,000 even in the early 1990s. For some reason more and more brands seem to be REMOVING the second bedroom and replacing it with a TV! That just drastically takes away storage space for spare clothes and accessories to take to the beach for couples with no children. If the newer ones had a huge TV instead of a bed in the cab's "attic", the sides are always turned into useless cabinets. They're so tiny you can't store anything but one pair of jeans inside. Makes no sense.
I've been watching these videos for well over a year and 2 weeks ago I gave up on finding a Class C with the features that were important to me and went and bought a new truck instead because big brother said I had to spend my savings before July 1st. So of course, here it is, exactly the unit I've been looking for. It makes me glad the price is outside what my budget was so I don't have to feel bad about it, because I wouldn't have been able to afford it anyway. LOL
I also love the front seats. They don't have that big bump that pushes your head forward.
I also love the bed. Looks easy to change the sheets.
I'm a keep it simple stupid kind of person. I hate slides and I absolutely prefer those nice big airy windows over the tiny seemless ones.
I agree with all of your likes and dislikes. one of my favorite things to do is sit under the awening during a storm. However, there is always the worry that wind will break it. How great to lift that back hatch and set up my chair, relax with a coffee enjoying the rain. Lots to like about this one. I'm not mad about the doors. A curtain would fix that easy enough. I would definitely put longer struts on the bed so it can go all the way up. I'd probably keep it that way during the day.
I really love the RVs with no slides. I like the layout and all the windows/natural light. Personally, I would prefer the dinette was a 2 seater to free up some space around the sofa. Thanks for the video!
This is it for me
The price, the compartment at the back for bikes, the bunk bed,all those seat belts, the engine. And separate toilet and bath..awesome...the best so far ive seen
But why no Solar?
I really like this floor plan and the no slide outs! For a solo traveler/glamper this is really nice! What I don’t like is that there’s no privacy when you shower or get dressed! And the no stabilizer jacks! Can that be added? I know it would bring up the price but what else do you do? Could be kinda bouncy when I’m singing and dancing! Either way this one moves to my top 3!
Thus is a really nice MH. The only things I don’t like but I can dealt with it is shades and the bathroom being a little tight. I love the lift up bed. Love the outside storage. And the stove, oven, and microwave. Thank you Matt and Andrea.
Reminds me of my 1997 Coachmen 29RF floor plan. I had the 7.3 Powerstroke 14-16 mpg. Coast to coast with raised floor headed tanks and storage, true 4 season, no slide Coach.
👍No Slide
👍floor plan
👍great features, top benefits
😞no ladder
😞not dual pane windows
😞not raised floor
I honestly hadn't given my CPAP and he thought when looking at motorhomes and not only did you bring it up but you brought it up in a motorhome that can accommodate it amazing. Plus I love I can't tell you how much I love the flip up bed with the changing area I think that's hands down my favorite thing in a motorhome I'd even like to see it in a fancy one as well because that's just helpful
That model would make a great tailgate or kids sporting event hang out.(Soccer tournaments, MotorCross etc.) Would work great in a boondocking situation. Lots of good features could only think of 2 dislikes. 1) The missing privacy for bed room shower area. 2) The plastic toilet. When I win the Lottery that's the model I would for my first RV.
Replace the toilet, change the microwave to conviction microwave and remove the oven and put some jacks in the back
VERY NICE. SUGGESTION a kayak could be carried if a small gate door is added to the outside. And a door is added to the underbed storage. Also cat owners can put a litter box, in the storage are, with a door under the bed.
I love your idea for a kayak pass-through! Is it possible to get a wiring plan, so that you could see if it's safe to cut out the opening for a door?
There is no privacy curtain for the overhead bunk as well. Miss having a drawer or two in the kitchen. Big overhead cabinets, but will have to add shelves to make more of a usable storage solution. Like the lighter colors. If the bed would have been made like a fully styled Murphy bed, it would feel more secure when raised. The rear storage is large, but wouldn’t be practical for use, the height would be strange. Would definitely need to add storage hooks or locking mechanisms to hold things securely.
Dislikes:
1) Personally I would rather have a cooler or fridge than the outdoor TV with sound bar
2) I almost would rather have a breakfast bar with televator instead of dinette. Maybe have a couple of tray tables or a free standing table if needed
3) need a door or privacy curtain at the bathroom.
4) stabilizing jacks
Likes:
1) The rear garage space is amazing and I love have the strips for hooks to hang things up.
2) Love the kitchen layout, just wish there was more storage for food.
3) I absolutely love the bedroom layout to give you more room to get dressed
I couldn’t help but wonder if there was storage under the seats at the dining table. If not, there should be.
The drawers under the bed is a GREAT idea, but they look very poorly constructed. The large rear storage is interesting, but I wonder how practical the upper area is for real world use (being so shallow and high up). The microwave is tiny, needs to be double the size. Love the general layout and no slides.
Hi Matt and Andrea! Ya don't even need a ladder! 🤭A quick skip around "Godzilla"!🤭 😊1.So cool w. so many uses w. that back storage(out.)/ No slideout! 2.A cut out for driv. seat in reclining/Couch-like seat for Andrea!/Seatbelts to dinette set/Frmhs. Kit. appliances!3.Great wardrobe in bdrm.! 🙄1.Mini blinds.2. A door for privacy.. 3.Twisties.
Yep, needs dividers between the bathroom and the front and the bedroom. So the bathroom can be "Private".
And that is NOT a 2 way fridge. That's the new 12v compression fridge. Love those.
The inside TV could be better placed. The TV's that swing out from the OHC are too high for me.
Yeah minor problems. It is a great motor home.
True, Unbiased review...thanks Matt and Andrea. This is what we want.
Matt and Andrea, did you notice that two things are missing from the RV that are shown in the plan.
1. The plan shows a flip up counter extension on the sink cabinet end.
2. Also in answer to your dislike and lots of comments. The plan shows an accordion door on the bedroom. Which indicates that the door is just missing. Most likely not in stock at time of assembly.
You need to look at the plans and be more observant.
Overall you do a great job. But you have been in a hurry lately.
I do not like the very low placement of the TV outside. I do not like that black tank flush, water fill and city water fill does not have an locking door. I like their are no slides, I like the shower door. I like the master bed on how it lift up and draws are under it .
This one really checks most of the boxes.
Dislikes:
#1 Price-point or not, I wish Coachmen would do as Entegra and do a front wrap around cap for the bunk over the cab.
#2 I appreciate the idea of that large rear storage that goes up to the roof but I think it is overkill. Plus you have to be 7 feet tall to close it. I'd rather that extra 12 inches for the bedroom.
#3 That TV placement is horrible. I'd rather sacrifice the cabinets over the dinette and place it directly in front of the sofa.
Likes:
#1 Amazing shower for this Class C. I was expecting something really small.
#2 Lift up bed with seating a drawers. Kudos for this idea.
#3 The large windows make it seem open and airy.
im so sad that there's no door!!! i really wish more motor homes had doors to divide up the space so theres privacy when you need to do remote work meetings. This motorhome was sooo close to being perfect!
I don’t want a slide ever. Just another item to break. So this one is my favorite. Love it when then separate the shower from toilet.
Simple straight forward, nice, has everything you need.
Love the Azdel wall finish! Huge amount of storage on the outside. 🤗 a good amount of storage capacity so we can load up the rv! I wish there were levelers for those times your parking area isn’t flat. The under the bed storage and sitting areas is fantastic.
I would put up a shower rod with a decorative curtain to give privacy in the bedroom. I would use storage bins for food storage and keep them on the upper bunk. I could deal with the missing pantry in that way.
Is there a way to add stabilizing jacks?
That huge rear door need some kind of rope or strap, it´s too tall to reach out and close it. Also a door in the bedroom is essential... TV is in a very bad location but I actually prefer the big window next to the table :) It´s a very simple motorhome and because of that... I love it! No Issues with the slides... no issues with the leveling system... huge storage... Definitely KISS... very good!
yep i like this one ... no like blinds the seat coverings i prefer cloth . the bed for me could be cut in half .. i travel alone .. i love the kitchen
ps. no out side tv ..
I am soooo tempted! I want simple, I want easy. I want a separate shower from the bathroom. Check, check, check! Get a tension rod and a curtain for privacy. There is nothing that I consider a glaring problem. So much to like!
Ford F350 vs F450. The width between the front tires (F450) is a bit more giving you extra stability. Turning radius maybe also be less since the tires have more room to turn (non 4x4 units). Try them both and see if the extra $3500 is worth it.
Its a great MH. Where else can you be in the shower & lean over to stir the spaghetti sauce on the stove? hahah I always think that when I see the split bath lol Love the liftup bed & the outdoor storage. Jayco had a similar outdoor storage. The toilet area looks pretty tight. Still like it though & the outdoor tv.
I LOVE the bed with side tables, the seating & seat belts, and the room with no slide outs.
I REALLY don't like the lack of privacy doors for shower & bedroom, no jacks, and the tv placement.
I totally agree with your like and dislikes. Also, that inside tv placement is awful. Get rid of the dinette and put a T elevator there with maybe two stools and and moveable table. Plus it will give it more room inside. Need more counterspace too! And do not like the fact that the "wet bay" isn't in its own cabinet for locking purposes. I wish there was an option to not have the bunk over the cab. Maybe add more useable storage there instead. Love the coverage is the awning! Overall, cool little motor home.
Almost perfect, love the Floorplan only things I would like different is storage overcab instead of bed and it to be diesel.
1. Nice MH
2. Godzilla
3. Cameras
This is exactly like the Class A Pursuit I love that the Pursuit is 29ft it can go any where.
I love under the bed closet!!!! This is my favorite in a long time!!!
This is the same layout of our 1982 vintage baby.
Love the minimal paint, no slides, and walk around bed with storage under. Not a fan of the TV location. The galley needs the backsplash to wrap around to the side. And, they need to do away with the door at the back and add a ladder.
👍 L: how much more basic can you get, a boondockers dream; cockpit, chassis; flip up bed, oven!. D: no bedroom privacy door; no leveler jacks (esp with the overhang from the rear tires; I get price point but are there after market locking covers for the water inlets? Please stay safe. 😷😷😷😷
I miss you saying "I love those" tires
Agree with your likes / dislikes. My first RV was a Coachman with a similar storage unit in the back. I had pegboard in it and it was amazing storage. I called it my girl garage. The guys were envious 🤣.
Question, what is the reason or purpose for toilets on a pedestal versus directly on the floor ? Good job 👍
👍 awning
I love this one! We have a Thor freedom elite class C that we bought back in 2018. It's a good little RV and it fits in our driveway but I wish it was a bit bigger,we may have to upgrade in the future..
Looks beautiful and affordable.
I'll give it points for being an island queen bed in a class C and the rear storage is "cool", but at that price point, it's not a challenge to get a much nicer RV.
Good great RV 1#👌 I need need 👍 this RV💝😄😳
No slides a great floorplan. Perfect if it has an 80" bed.
HI MATT AND ANDREA...THIS IS MY CHOICE ..AWD 22!❤NICE REVIEW!
#80 Hello, Matt. I think the RV Industry has gone nuts over slide outs. I travel and boondock, putting on the miles. I prefer no slides. How many times will it take the slide to go in and out before it fails!!
That’s my fear....i wonder if there’s a manual crank just in case the motor fails?
@@IJUSTWANNAFLYDJIDRONES71 the motor is usally not the issue. Its the cables and rails.
I've been motorhoming for some time. I personally love slides for all the extra room. But I do agree its once less thing to worry about :)
The craziest thing is some brands are putting a slide out in ANOTHER slide out! Makes no sense. Why would they make a flimsy compartment even weaker by adding more weight to it?! I strongly suspect the double-length slide-outs leak or cost a fortune to fix.
The sideouts are a deal-breaker for me and the wife. In our minds, it not a question of 'if' but when it breaks down.
Not bad with no slides. Drive and park anywhere. Great review Matt and Andrea. 👍
The 3 things I like about this motorhome:
1. no slide-outs and the white cabinetry
2. the bed
3. combo: the cargo carrying capacity and the rear storage
The 3 things I don't like about this motorhome:
1. no bedroom door
2. exterior combo: no stabilizing jacks and the rear door
3. the TV placement
Nice job Matt and Andrea! Very cute RV indeed! Everything you need except a privacy door for the bedroom. I am not a fan of the placement of the television either, it belongs across from the seating area no matter what.
Don't forget, lower weight means less work for the engine. I think when it comes to RVs, the 100 pound savings from deleting a slide-out saves over half a mile per gallon. If you have a 50-gallon fuel tank, that gets you an extra 30-40 miles of driving range. That adds up fast over just two trips and makes it easier to get to the next gas station if you missed one.
I am saddened I was waiting and holding my breath waiting to see Matt closing that rear storage door not that it would be easy for anyone else !! :-) :-) :-)
You guys are amazing!!!!!!
I love this motorhome! I agree with Andrea about the awesome storage! Also agree about wanting a pantry and bathroom privacy. But…low maintenance (no slides) is AWESOME! Well designed!
Privacy door for bathroom/shower area would be nice.
Thank you both so much❤️
I love the exterior storage. Even without slides it does not seem clustered. ( I preferr a slide in the living area) It also needs auto levelers. Other than that I like it.
Loved the CPAP prep. Loved the storage under the bed. Loved the floor plan under the circumstances.
Disliked: No back splash on the side wall. I fry too much bacon not to have that "side" back splash.
No stabilizing backs. Wa-wah! All in all, not sufficient for me. I wonder if the warranty would permit "live aboard" or if this is designed more as an "occasional camper".
Dislikes:
1) The kitchen (if you can call it that). No counter space, and it looks like you're halfway into the bathroom if you're standing at the sink or stove. This is my #1 because it can't really be fixed without a complete redesign.
2) The front TV. Putting a small TV 5 feet up and to the side is a big pet peeve of mine. I don't need a window in the dinette to look at my neighbor's campsite anyway. Put a decent 40"+ TV there instead.
3) No bedroom door. It can't be that hard to make the bathroom door swing forward and stop at the shower, creating a private space for anyone taking a shower and getting dressed.
Likes:
1) The bedroom. A true queen sized bed, and walk around space, and the way it lifts up. Fan-dang-tastic!
2) Cabinets and upholstery. I criticized the style in the last Coachman video you did as being cheap or old or whatever. This one is a LOT better. Simple clean colors and design on the seating and cabinets makes a big difference. While it doesn't look expensive, it looks just fine, and not at all cheap and old.
3) The outside storage. The first thing I thought when you lifted the rear door up like an awning was that it'd be a great spot to setup a grill and be out of any rain or too much sun.
Ok so for the price point, no TV and no porcelain toilet, no accordion door. Not sure 🤔 about this. I like the layout. Now In future reviews we would need to know what is the height for the shower, please, and what is the length of the bed, especially if your spouse is about 6ft tall. Like there are no slides and the under the bed storage, do they have this in a Chevy chassis? Always a great review.
Hello Matt and Andrea. I love the outside storage, love the no slide outs, I love the colors, kitchen, dinette, shower. Don't like the overhead bunk, bedroom needs a door. This is beautiful!!! Great review!!👍👍❤❤
I just noticed, on my second watch, that in a small corner kitchen, the sink is not angled. That's definitely a ++. Yes, there's only a little bit of counter space for prep, but at least it's all in 1 place and not a little on each side of the sink. It would be great if they put a flip up for extra countertop.
I’ve had more RV’s since the early 1970’s than I care to admit but having had way more than one Class C there’s one things that really sucks about this coach, slides or not if your over 24-26’it needs to be on a 450 chassis. Someone may want t9 put a heavy Jeep on a trailer behind it. Nice review, it has some interesting features.
Another great video, the meet and greet was great

Thank you for the content. I understand but I bummed you don’t share sale prices anymore. Maybe next year
Love this Class C. I just wish the TV was in a better location but cannot beat the price!
Love the colors. Inside and out.
No jacks?
Matt that is a very nice RV. It is reasonably priced and it has lots inside for us to work with. Thanks for a great review guys. ❤️🇨🇦❤️ Cheers!!!
Hey Matt and Andrea!
Old school slide-less. Sweet.
I love the layout. I love the bed. And the big awning. I don't like the tv placement they could of put a longer arm on it so it extended out. I also don't like that there is no storage or bench space. And no privacy to get changed from the shower is a big no.
Wish thet didn't put the diner and used the j-shaped seating area instead. Is it all electric like the other crosstreks?
That storage!! Great review!
Hey Matt and Andrea, great review. I like the white interior, no slide and rear back door storage area. Agree with both of you on your dislikes! Keep on keepin' on!
Well done guys, awesome motor home.

Matt & Andrea, that's a 12V Compressor fridge....Yay!!!!!
Matt, will 30% down on your unmentioned sale price qualify for a 12 year loan? Does GENERAL charge for the PDI, cleaning of the RV or any other charges other than tax and license?
I really like this one.
Back storage space seems a little weird in size. Seems like it would be hard to place a bike in there. Outside TV looks lowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Switch out the sofa for 2 recliners and dinette to a 2 seat table. Move the TV to center of the overhead storage and build more storage on either side of it. Then the RV would be perfect for me.
This is pretty nice gang! I like that is has no slide outs. Can you put stabilizer jack on as a option?
