Just watched the video now guys, thanks for sharing . I can see you guys already missing New York already lol . Oh no guys I can picture you both rushing tru Times Square with the weed fumes blowing all over lol, hope you'll didn't get any nosies lol. The pizza looked so awesome der , am so glad you guys visited and experienced the Big Apple.
Thank you guys. The weed smell was bad felt like I was high at times lol.We have nothing like the pizzas in NYC. Sounds like you are familiar with NYC.
Thank you for watching - the weed smell was contained to Time Square fortunately so I can see why locals avoid the place at all costs. We back safely and really hope we can visit again one day. Thank you for your support.
Thank you soooo much for this. I have always wanted to go to New York but I thought it will need a lot of money, about R150000 for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids! (inclusive of everything) This was eye opening and I can see that it's possible for us. I came across your channel when I was looking for South Africans who went to NYC and documented everything and you did not disappoint. Thank you very very much ❤ 💙💜. I also like your mugs from Tiffany, they are gorgeous. How long was the flight ✈ ? In general I like your channel.
Hi there, thank you so much for the support and watching. New York is definitely achievable and travelling with kids will mean more discounts. We also did a lot of research and found not many people sharing prices that is why we decided to share it because it was not as bad as we thought it was going to be. It took some sacrifices, but it was worth every cent. The flights were loooooonnnnnggggg - 11 hours to London and then 7 and a half to New York - the connecting flights were a nightmare but this option was the cheapest at the time. There were a few kids travelling with in the same plane and they seemed to be well entertained with what British Airways had to offer - lots of movies and games and even snacks whenever it was needed. The Tiffany mugs was a dream come true, and being there felt like a dream. I really hope you get to experience it, and hopefully you will share pictures on your socials. Don’t hesitate to ask anything else.
With R250000 for a family of four - you could buy more than mugs from Tiffany’. We also thought that is was going to be super expensive so that is why we put it off. Start shopping with all the travel agencies and tell them your budget and what you are looking for and you and some of them will offer you a really good deal - we found it with Flight Centre - her name is Taryn and she is based in Ballito. Drop her an email, even if you are not planning for right now, she is very helpful. Her details: Taryn.terblanche@flightcentre.co.za
