I wanted to say the same. Pope Francis encouraged all the faithful to get jabbed in spite of the fact that it is the fruit of a bad tree. When I refused, all people could say was that the Pope said it was ok.

I'm tired of this drama. I went to Mass this morning, said the Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus as a parish (newly established for First Fridays at my request), followed by Benediction and Adoration for one hour. I basically visited Heaven for two hours this morning with my Lord. We are too blessed as Catholics to despair about anything.

Francis doesn’t have the authority to excommunicate anyone: He rejects Catholic dogma, esteems false religions, prays for deceased non Catholics and attends non Catholic ceremonies ( forbidden by the Catholic Church) Consequently, he places himself outside of the Catholic Church ( Catholic teaching 101).
Why can't you pray for deceased non catholics, i do it all the time. We have no clue if they were graced by God's grace interiorly before death. What non catholics are you referring too?

Given that Vigano has now been declared to be a schismatic, Francine "Todos, Todos, Todos," from Bergoglians now applies to him as well, His views are now welcome at the Synod, Canon 844 (§§2, 3 and 4 of this canon and in can. 861 §2) now applies to him concerning those who wish to receive the sacraments from him, and he may now even be closer to the Church per Francine standards after this!

We're living in the times when they punish those who are heroic, just and good, and reward those who do evil. So what else is new? Did you expect anything else from this so-called Pope. I'm not going to judge whether or not he's a pope or not. We'll leave that up to the future popes and ultimately God. But I do know that this so-called excommunication is as laughable as the excommunication of Archbishop Marcel Lefevre and the four Bishops he consecrated.

I'm 69 and have been a practicing Roman Catholic since my 1st Communion. Not very involved in goings on in the church however. I just try to live my life the way Jesus and the church tell us. I never even heard of Archbishop Vigano until a few weeks ago, and will not judge him. However, I've had extreme misgivings about Francis. I thought it was shameful that he would organize a protest of candidate Trump's PROPOSED border policy, before the 2016 election. Equally shameful the way Francis criticized Pres. Trump and his wife, while fawning over Barak Obama and Joe Biden.
I was also disturbed that Francis would promote the lie of man made climate change, insult ALL Americans for what he claims was our selfish consumption of energy. (I've always driven an economy car or motorcycle, and have never owned an air conditioner or riding lawn mower.)

I'm a 'normie'. I support the 'Trads'. I think the Laton Mass is beautiful. I attend Novus Ordo. I enjoy cantering. Most of us are completely uninformed about the Vatican goings on. Perhaps try to introduce a discussion starting with those whom you feel may be like-minded regarding the issues. Start with very small, gradual introductions, ideas, or questions & see if they are receptive or are willing to talk further. Use gradualism aka Incrementalism in reverse; to reintroduce Sacred Tradition /Heritage.
Get people interested & learning in what they may never have been taught. A good starting point, I find, is to bring up why newer churches have different altars, different designs & focal points [re: the location & placement of the Tabernacle]. See what other's come up with & gauge what their level of knowledge is; then you'll have a good idea of where to start the conversation.

I think this action, among many others in the Church by this pontificate, has established that the pope on the throne at present is no friend of Christ or Tradition. A pontiff who promotes and defends the wicked and excommunicates the righteous is sending a very loud “progressive” message to the whole Church. In addition, this pope’s own soul is indeed in grave jeopardy. We did all know this was coming. Pray for the Church and this pope. For whom will the bell toll in the future? There are no TLM around here and the other church goers view our Little Catholic Church with suspicion. It is a good Congregation and I am a slacker because of disabilities but these People are kind and welcoming and I am proud of all they do, maybe win a few skeptics over in time⚓️💕
