I've owned an EV6 first edition (fully loaded AWD) for six months now. The stock 19-inch Kumhos on the Wind (mid-level) trim are just awful. You don't get any of that tire whine into corners with the Continentals that come on the 20s (GT-Line and First Edition). This car is very well balanced with a low center of gravity (like most EVs), has very good ride quality and handles well for such a heavy vehicle. Those of you guys interested in this car but don't want to break the bank, go for the Wind w/ tech package (same as in this video), and just swap out the tires as soon as you get the car and you're set. I'd go for aftermarket 20s with some Michelins. (21s will hurt range and ride quality)
the brakes are so small you could probably run 15's or 16's, save tons of weight, and the car would ride like its on floaty clouds with all that sidewall.

However my Meridian Surround system did die on me and I went to the dealer regarding a replacement amplifier back on July 29 and they still don't have my part and there's no ETA for my part, so I've been going about a month now with no sound system which is honestly a joke... disappointed on that end but it's not entirely Kia's fault- global problem unfortunately.

My sonata hybrid has that park assist feature, and though it seems gimmicky, I've actually used it twice in two weeks of ownership. Once to pull in closer in a parking space after i got out and realized there was lots of room in front, and again when someone parked too close to my driver's side door at the mall. The mall patrons were *not* happy about waiting for me to pull it out into the aisle, but it worked and I didn't ding my car door!

I’m not going to lie, the first experience I had with my EV6 the system sounded dull and rather uninspiring. However, after tinkering with the EQ and surround settings it sounds A LOT better. I own the GTline AWD and it's been one of the best vehicles I've ever purchased. Bought it back in March before the proliferation of markups and market adjustments. This looks great the infrastructure is still lacking. It could be great for a city car but using an electric for actual longer distances... idk. We're not there yet.
Fortunately it charges quite quickly. This car has the Guiness World Record for fastest crossing of the United States in an electric car. I recently took my GT-line on a road trip from the eastern border of Pennsylvania to Madison, Wisconsin and what would've been a 14h 35m or so trip (not including stops at gas stations) turned into like 16h 20m with my charging stops.
