    This is definitely true!.. I did wrestled on a outdoor show in jersey.. I was only suppose to be in a battle royal. But found out to i was in a 8-man tag with mr USA Tony Atlas. Lol im so glad i had people in the match too.. Came out good in it though.. Lol

    It's similar to weight training. When you take some time off, when you get back under that barbell it's gonna be ROUGH, especially the day after. Obviously wrestling, due to having much less stable positions and way more direct impact, gets it much more dramatically, the principles apply to both.

      Ha, thanks! It's a little misleading - some of these videos were filmed weeks/months ago. So if I randomly have a different haircut or seem to have been in the sun a lot more, that's why.
