Cleaning hard to get to Volume control

I just got an old Fisher RS-615. I need to do this with the volume, because it's jumping all over the place. Do you have any idea how to get the knob off? 😂 It doesn't pull off, and I'm afraid of breaking it.

I think it pulls off. No setscrew that I know of.

If you have a consumer electronics item, can you just spray it into the volume dial without taking it apart if you prop it up so the excess can drip out afterwards?

It is best to get to the rear of the volume control and apply the cleaner. The front of the pot will not let the cleaner inside, it may lube the pot and feel better, but won't clean the innards.
