The most exciting dupe I have ever found is the Physician's Formula Brazilian Brow Lift Gel (in the green tube) and the Patrick Ta Laminating Brow Gel. I had gone through tubes and tubes and tubes of the Patrick Ta brow product since it launched. NOTHING has EVER worked in my brows as well as that product. I happily paid the price of it because it's perfect for me and my brows. The Physician's Formula product is identical, aside from a coconut scent. I have compared that Patrick Ta product to almost every single brow gel on the market and the Physician's Formula one is spot on. Physician's Formula isn't exactly inexpensive, but it saves me a handful of dollars at least. Love this video, looking forward to the next one as you find more!
I love musky skin scents that have a touch of sweetness. I’m going to try the one you recommended. My current obsession is White Rice by d’Annam which is also available at Luckyscent and another affordable option is Clean Reserve Skin which I buy at discount sites
The Milani Lip Oils are so much better than Clarins for me. Clarins wore off super fast and also dried my lips. The Milani stays on longer, and actually hydrates my lips. So yay for the more affordable one! 💋
I have totally been wanting to see if I could dupe the Rare Beauty brow gel - and was thinking the new elf one. Glad you mentioned the Maybelline as I can alternate between the 2 :)
😢 The musk is out of stock. Hope they restock it. I tried the Maybelline lock brow based on your last rec & it works great on my stubborn brows. I also just got the City Beauty night lip oil & love it. It feels soft & cushy like the Kosas lip oil - my favorite. 🥰
One thing with Korean products vs the US, I’m pretty sure they don’t have to order things in terms if potency. The US does that because of the Food and Drug administration but last I heard thats not the case over there. Thats why its a big deal in skincare to label the % of an ingredient
The other thing to note is a lot of Kbeauty products are made in the same labs despite different brand names, just like the concept of parent brands over here. So for brands with KBeauty inspired makeup like Rare Beauty with their lip oils or in this case Em Cosmetics, they might just be using the same or very similar labs so theres little difference 🤷♀️
The US doesn't list in order of potency, but it amount in the formula from most to least. At least until 1% and under, then they can be listed in any order.
