1985, five BMW 535’s get delivered to Bob Bible BMW in Myrtle Beach, a hot car then, well before a domestic M5. Four went to a group of fellas that owned some seafood restaurants and a few shrimp boats, the other went to my dad. Ole pops was investigated for cocain trafficking just by proxy of that car delivery, haha, he owned an Engineering firm. He only found out after that crew got busted, there’s not a doubt all that booger sugar was coming up from south Florida, apparently the shrimping down there was GOOD! Good or bad, the 80’s were exciting times.
Great story This boat is a true icon I would love to see this boat in person someday I race radio controlled boats and I built a 57" apache warpath tribute boat. It runs about 55-60 mph and is my favorite boat. Thanks for the story
great story, but without the story, it is not worth alot....80's v bottoms are a dime a dozen, but the story adds value....i am a seasoned builder, would love to own warpath, even though we build way better boats now, not even close
I fucking love this boat but this guy said ropes and I have to say what a skipper told me me he told his green horn in Alaska while commercial fishing in Kodiak on a boat there called lines rope is what you tie your girlfriend up with😂
Incredible story, I can’t get enough of this stuff!

For a second I thought you said you built a 57' Apache Warpath tribute boat 😂
No, couldn't afford it
57" works well for my budget
Fascinating story; this Apache is like a lady who entertained many men but only bought pleasure to a few 😅
love it
Got to see this monster out on the water one time. It is a Beast of an eye catcher. Old school = Smiles per hour, Miles per hour never heard of her.
