Monster Jam is about the show. Generally I still feel like the judging is more or less accurate but I’ve always taken the winners with a grain of salt.

I think it's time for someone to create a new Monster Truck league, a league that allows crushed cars, RVs, buses, etc. Monster Jam is becoming very stale.
Eventually it will end up worse than roller derby. Its slowly dying out. It could need new talent, or new trucks, or a bit of reinvention, but it needs something to save it.

This will die. I am a huge monster truck fan, have been for 38 years. I also accept change and advancements. But this really started going downhill years back when “monster jam” became self sufficient. In other words when they bought all the popular trucks and the names that went with them. All you are watching is one company’s trucks making their own circuit of racing. That’s why you see a dozen grave digger trucks and max d trucks at the finals. It has also gotten so non complacent they’ve had to come up with bs stuff like this fire and ice thing. To try to put some excitement back into it. They’ve also gotten so self sufficient that they don’t want or hire ANY outside entertainment anymore. 100% profit for themselves. Remember when they use to have atv racing or tuff trucks in between racing rounds? They use to have stunts or other entertaining things that went along with the shows. The entire monster jam is going downhill and frankly looks like it’s dying to me.

well atleast the beginning with the race was nice eventhough I prefer the old style of trucks that are not full of RGB and too many colors etc. But second parts just seems like to destroy the trucks. Miss the old days when it was about racing.

During World Finals 16, There was a Purple Digger Body with green flames driven by Colton Eichelberger and a Green Digger body with purple flames driven by Charlie Pauken. Then for World Finals 17, Full Purple Grave Digger driven by Cole Venard and the Orange Grave Digger driven by Morgan Kane who won racing championship.

And allows broken trucks to be driven. I went a couple of weeks ago, literally if ANYTHING on the truck broke they shut them down.

Try looking for monster truck throwdown and themonsterblog on youtube
