Most of the billionaires and millionaires who are based in Ilorin live in the GRA, making it the most affluence and most expensive neighbourhood in the city.
Majority of the high end residential properties, hotels, shopping malls, restaurants and recreational facilities in are located in the GRA. The official residence of the state governor (Government House) is also located in the area.

Thank you for the observations. That is Ilorin, the capital city of Kwara State in north-central Nigeria. It is not close to Lagos but can be reached by air or road (5 hours drive from Lagos). A more detailed video about the city is coming soon on this channel. Thanks!
Ilorin is my original home and I will always love Nigeria, but the landscaping and attention to detail has always been poor. Maintaining infrastructure is another area that needs serious improvements all over Nigeria. It's improved, but it can be better.
You're right. Ilorin, especially needs a new master plan to remodel it to a modern city. States like Kano, Kaduna, Ebonyi and Akwa Ibom are carrying out infrastructural revolution that is giving their capital cities and even rural areas some face lift. Kwara should start doing same.
@@my_metrotv I hope Kwara does it soon.

Poor Africa. No pavements. Pedestrians are ignored. What a shame.
No...there are pavements for pedestrians here too.
