I would like to push back on the placements of Eva and Daiyusha because to me they seem inverted for the set 4 meta I think you gave an accurate picture of. You say Eva still sees results in JP, but since it's release Daiyusha looks to be the most consistent topping deck for the nation while Eva seems to taper off leading up to and through set 4.
Recently got my Ordeal Dragons sorted for MLB, now to patiently wait for Blaster Blade The Vanguard to arrive for English. Here's hoping the wait isn't too long 🙃
As a TR main I should throw in that Kunihiro is actually closer to C tier. He's slow like his D tier brothers but his kill turn is actually threatning enough that he outclasses them. But it costs so many resources he often doesn't have an answer if they didn't die meaning he can't be B tier. And to counter what he said with other decks do what the B tiers do but better. TR has a huge advantage over them in that their G2 game is unmatched in the format. Stride decks are heavily punished fighting TR and Shiranui and Chronojet are my current favorite match ups as it's often a free win. I do still agree with him they are B tier but I felt any TR fans should know this info.
Viamance Bruce can be pretty scary with the promo and the new grade 2. It can get 4-5 attacks going first and up to 7 attacks going second/during Persona Ride.
Derrick as a fellow PBO main, what do you think of the recent deck lists in Japan opting not to play Phantom Blaster Dragon, (which in turn = 0 Nemain and Drilling Angel)? Do you think this core is still a viable option over keter staples ?
Everyone agrees that Shojodoji is the best deck, but in your opinion, how much stronger is it than the other good decks in the meta? In other words, from your playtesting, is Shojodoji oppressive and needs to be hit or nah?
Me at a Blangmire player I would said that Shojo is not that hard to play again the deck is strong because itself have very strong opening with Shojo support but if you Block CB and just doesnt swing at all the Shojo player cant rush you with out damage his hand and Shojo cant draw much card so Shojo cant do anything again the Blangmire divine skill and doesnt have that much pressure again my Blangmire so I dont things Shojo need the Luard treatment
He's Gaslighting, Varga cannot do that unless you huff copium on checking dragveda and don't activate his skill at all, then you restand with Veda then swing and cb1 to restand. Varga main here I've tried doing this countless times it's a really bad idea 😂😂
I love Avantgarda - however, the deck is very piece reliant to do well and the fact that the deck can be completely gimped by Prison removing your g0 from soul means it has some weak points. I can see it being more powerful in the future with the right support but is definitely not a deck to bring to regionals.. Unless you know every popular match up and how to deal with every deck.

I'm a Varga main. You must pay the CB to restand Varga the first time and pay another CB for it's Divine Skill.

Varga must CB1 to restand but in an aggressive metagame, CB1 is pretty much considered free if no one is denying the damage.
