Aaaaaaaa, amidst my demo-surfing days on my brother's PS3 when I was younger, I remember playing the demo for Toy Home and it still looks like as much of a surreal dream as when I first played it. ;u; It's just something about its colorful, yet empty (as in it's just you driving around an otherwise still room) aesthetic. Reminiscing aside, noice overview of Toy Home and congrats on the HDCP Stripper!
i'd be interested to see a hack to move the steering to analog. I imagine it would be pretty simple to implement, though I wouldn't know where to begin.
Personally, tilt controls don't bother me at all, as long as they're executed well. I played the demo of this game over and over as a kid, and I recently downloaded the game via totally legitimate means, I can't wait to get to playing it when I get one of my many broken DualShock 3s fixed.
Would love to see a review of a old racing game called Crashday from 2006 (not Crashday Redline Edition), the game made my childhood better and it has some cool stuff in it.
Hi atomic, you may not see this comment but i found a sequel to final drive nitro called final drive fury, i havent played it and it doesnt seem ''good'' but its not as bad as nitro so give it a go :)
I actually am aware of it and was planning to review it last month, but ran into a number of issues while capturing footage for it. This video was my fallback plan, which is part of why it's so short. I do plan to cover Final Drive Fury at some point but it might take me a while.
I use a PowerA controller that maps SIXAXIS to C-pad and I LOVE this game because of that.
I actually liked the tilt function cause it felt more satisfying to run things over in the game

Such a shame controls ruined the game, it looks genuinely fun. Also good vids, keep it up!
I grew up with this game been trying to find a way to play this again

They get a discount on the Havok™ licence fee if they have the boot logo lol

Just found your channel. Heavily underrated keep it up
I loved this game when I was little
"Generic first comment that I'm sure is hilarious!"
Look, it's 2 a.m., that's all I could come up with.

You should check out motor head it's quite good hidden gems
Nostalgia
this reminds me of micro-machines
If you're looking for bad racing games, you should play the MythMakers GP game from DDI. DDI put out a lot of crap back in the day.

@@AtomicPurple Okay then, keep up the good work
How about, "The Dusty Garage"?
I'm terrible at names, sorry.
