I had a Siamese that was a combination of walrus whiskers, racoon tail, bobcat ears and kangaroo pouch (which swished back and forth when she walked).

I love that despite their lanky, goofy and somewhat imposing stature, oriental shorthairs still have that youthful kitten look in their eyes

I just heard about baby Teddy taking his trip over the Rainbow Bridge I believe it was on 3/6, and my heart just broke. My heart broke mostly for his mom Tina. Teddy was such a special boy with his little honk. And CUTE! Omg, so cute, that little face, big ears and loooong lanky legs. Tina, I wish you peace as you grieve the loss of your beautiful baby boy. It is unbelievable! Pats and loves to Bindi, Rikki and Dexter as I'm sure they are totally confused about Teddy. 🌹💗🐈🌻

One of the sweetest noises in life is the sound of orientals shake their head and their ears flap to each other. My oriental boy, Shaman died last december (aged 15) and I miss these small orientalish things a lot.

I love them!! Love their personality! I d love to have one but I have a Maine coon cat who I dearly love and a chiweenie who I dearly love. I dont think my cat would find another cat acceptable. So I just watch from afar!!😀😀💙😍
