Thank you for explaining the healing of the blind man. I understand Jesus can heal him instantly, a couple times was used to draw out the man's faith. Great Bible study thank you!

If that had been a group of Baptists, they would have eaten a meal on all three days.
    That’s my experience as a Baptist. ;)

Your teaching of the Bible is a pure blessing from God. I would suggest to improve the experience for the reader to offer an indicator of when Brother Skip begins reading a particular verse of the Bible. For instance, knowing where he reads and shares commentary on Mark 8:14 could be beneficial. God continue to bless your work.

I thought of something more about this revealing of who Jesus was. Just before He does this, we have the healing of the blind man. As Jesus first touches him he sees just a little. It is not full. It is not complete. Jesus is not lacking authority or sovereignty.Instead, is this used as an illustration to what he must do next for the disciples? Peter has that "ah hah" moment that Jesus is Messiah. He sees for the first time! Then has to be quickly corrected because he does not yet FULLY see. It will take a second action to bring him, and the other disciples, to FULL sight of who Jesus really is and what He was sent to do.
