Thanks for the full tour of all your pineapple guavas, Brett! Looks like you should get a decent crop this year. It's pretty clear from your plants that they do much better in the ground. I need to get some of mine planted in the ground and repot all the ones which are still in tiny pots.
Yes you can clearly see that my 3 in-ground plants have decent size fruits but my 7 or 8 in quite substantial pots ( I'm sure they are 33 litres ) have either no fruits or pitifully undersized fruits which I'm not convinced will get big enough to be worth eating unless I could chop them up and make some sort of jam. Even then I doubt the small ones will total more than a few ounces of fruit
Thanks Brett for the update, nice looking plants with good size fruits on some and plenty of season left. Looking forward for your taste review of varieties in 1month
I have only 1 plants with 8 or so fruits on them but small size like a cherry so probably not big enough sadly, but will reduce them to 2-3 and see how it goes. Feijoas taste amazing

Yes the in ground ones are doing well, I should have at least 3 varieties this year that will be edible

I have a lot of cherry sized fruits that probably won’t be edible, however they should grow until the end of October so you might be ok 👍
