- It's Mayzey Day once again in Penzance which means another set of Mayzey Day railtours to go along to the event. The first is 'The Mayzey Day Cornishman' by Pathfinder Railtoura & hauled by class 50s numbers 50034 'Furious' & 50049 'Defiance', soon to be repainted from GBRF to BR large logo blue, from Dorridge. The second is 'The Cornish mayzey Day Statesman' by Statesman Rail & hauled by class 47s numbers 47810 'Crew Diesel Depot' & 47712 'Lady Diana Spencer' from Wolverhampton. In this video, I head to different and some new vantage points, the class 50s are seen gliding past Longrock, both are seen at Penzance in detail, the 47s are seen coming back past a bridge South of Hayle station and to finalise, the 50s are seen zooming past Wheal Busy pedestrian crossing in Scorrier. A decent range of vantage points and some very good ones at that. Also seen in this video are some 800s/802s & a HST. Enjoy!!!
