I've moderated at least 50 over the years at various UA-cam cons... and it's always the highlight of my trips -- for exactly the reasons you mentioned: you go in nervous and excited, but leave confident and accomplished. Plus, you get to connect and network with other important people 🙂 Excited to watch the full discussion!
I was there Saturday. I had never been to a convention ever before & I have to admit it was a bit less exciting than I expected. A lot of standing & waiting. I thought there would be more to do. Meeting Joe Keery for a brief few seconds was the best part. He & Maya both seemed very genuine. I enjoyed their panel the most.
It was an Epic Cons thing for sure. I've been to a ton of conventions and none have ever been this disorganized and boring. I loved getting to meet the cast, but the con itself outside of that honestly sucked. Other cons have cosplay meet ups, activities, tons more panels, photo opportunities, learning spaces, about a hundred vendor booths, food options, etc. Let's just say I don't feel any need to go to an Epic Cons convention again 😭This was a them thing. There's always more to do at others
@@Dogloverlikesdoge I appreciate the honesty. All the other feedback I’ve heard has been pretty positive & I was wondering if it was just me. I don’t think I’d go to another. I drove 12 hrs round trip, but I know a lot of people flew in. Not a total waste, but disappointing for sure.

Was a pleasure meeting you at the con. You were super cool and made my sons day, taking a pic with him and chatting it up a bit. Love the video and the con. It was our first time in Jackson GA so we also spent some time running around downtown "Hawkins" checking out all the areas used in the show and the haunted house at the welcome center that some GA college students made. Very fun weekend.

I met Millie! It wasn't that she wasn't exactly nice when it came down to meeting her, but she was very strict about everything and made it a lot quicker than the rest of the cast. So yeah the best of the cast were probably better.
to be fair, Millie has to meet with 5 times more people than the rest of the cast because of her popularity. Maybe next time spend your money on other cast members

Amazing to meet you Chris, I was the one with the wagon that stood in line with you for Jamie! I think for the Millie thing if I am paying 130$ for an auto on a funko I should at least be able to get a paint pen. A paint pen works good with anything prints, funky, posters. In my opinion she should have just picked a paint pen color if anything. But it is what it is, I know she is super tired from filming and things like that.
Nice to meet you, all those Funko pops you had were so cool! I do wish I was able to get the Eleven Pop signed with a yellow paint pen, but it is what it is
Loved the vid just disapointed in the fact that the Con made such a big deal over Millie and not so much for the others and they play just as big a role in Stranger Things as Millie does. this is probably why in a cast tier list she is last on my list. But Great vid and good job on the panel. well deserved
I wanted to go so bad however my family threw my grandma a surprise birthday party for her 90th birthday. She still lives by her self in her own home, she drives, does most everything herself……. How bad I wanted to go to this I had to pass for my grandma but I am loving the videos!
Me personally i was there and i saw myself in the camera and i was laughing hard as heck it was great seeing joe and maya and millie i also got an autograph with millie but i was like 2nd in line
I went to MegaCon Orlando Feb 2024 and met Chrissy, Mike and Dustin…their lines were hours long like you said…with this event they must’ve limited BIG TIME to get all the autographs/photo/panels you were able to get!!! Wow! How much were the tickets and autograph prices compared to Megacons?

Plus when you made comment about it was nothing like the Comic con, etc I get it . Star Wars celebration you couldn’t move. I enjoy your content. Keep up the great work..
